Akhanda 2: Tandavam Set for Theatrical Release on December 5

The highly anticipated sequel, Akhanda 2: Tandavam, represents the fourth significant collaboration between Nandamuri Balakrishna, known as the ‘God of the Masses,’ and renowned director Boyapati Srinu. The film is currently in the final stages of post-production. Produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, it is presented by M. Tejaswini Nandamuri. An earlier teaser generated substantial excitement among fans, leading to heightened expectations. The official announcement confirms that Akhanda 2: Tandavam will be released in theatres worldwide on December 5, 2025. The film is expected to be Boyapati Srinu’s most impressive and visually captivating project to date.

The release date poster features Balakrishna in a fierce depiction, complete with long hair, a rugged beard, sacred necklaces, and ornaments, holding a massive trident that radiates divine energy. His traditional saffron and brown attire against a snow-covered background enhances the film’s mythological and powerful essence. With S. Thaman providing an electrifying background score, the film promises an intense spiritual and action-filled experience. The cast includes Sanya Malhotra in the lead female role, Aadhi Pinisetty in a key position, and Harshaali Malhotra in a significant character. Cinematography is managed by C. Ramprasad and Santosh D. Detake, with editing by Tammiraju. The team is gearing up for extensive promotional activities leading up to the release.

Akhanda 2: Tandavam is set to create a divine cinematic experience this December.
