Bihar achieves record voter turnout of 67.14 percent in second phase

New Delhi: Voting took place in the crucial Assembly byelections across eight constituencies in seven states on Tuesday, with stringent security measures in place. Polling commenced at 7 am in the Budgam and Nagrota seats in Jammu and Kashmir, the Anta seat in Rajasthan, the Ghatasila seat in Jharkhand, the Jubilee Hills seat in Telangana, the Tarn Taran seat in Punjab, the Dampa seat in Mizoram, and the Nuapada seat in Odisha. The counting of votes is set for November 14.
