The state is projected to need around 28 lakh new homes (6 lakh in rural areas and 22 lakh in urban settings), highlighting the considerable demand that Capri Global Housing Finance Limited intends to address. The new regional office, situated in the heart of Hyderabad’s Somajiguda area, covers about 2,100 sq. ft. and will serve as a strategic base to enhance Capri Global’s presence in Telangana, a state with significant opportunities in the affordable housing finance sector.
