Young actor Roshan is poised to make an impact with ‘Champion’, a period sports drama directed by the renowned National Award-winning filmmaker Pradeep Advaitham. This film is a collaboration between Swapna Cinemas, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films, with Zee Studios handling the presentation. The first look of Roshan, along with an initial glimpse of the film and the introduction of lead actress Anaswara Rajan, has already generated significant curiosity and excitement. As the filming progresses rapidly alongside post-production, the filmmakers have officially announced the film’s release date. ‘Champion’ is set for a grand worldwide debut on December 25, perfectly timed with the festive Christmas season.
This strategic release, coinciding with the holiday and New Year period, is anticipated to provide a substantial boost at the box office. In the release date poster, Roshan is depicted stepping out of an aircraft, clad in a long, dark overcoat with a belted waist, portraying a heroic entry. He is taking on a role quite different from his previous performances, having transformed significantly to accurately embody his character. Staying true to the tradition of Swapna Cinema, ‘Champion’ promises a gripping narrative enriched with a powerful love story and profound emotional depth. The film boasts cinematography by R Madhie, music by Mickey J. Meyer, and art direction by Thota Tharani, all contributing to its high technical quality.
