New Delhi, May 9 (). After Rajasthan Congress leader Sachin Pilot again criticized Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Tuesday, the party’s state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has decided to convene a meeting of state leaders in Delhi. This information has been received from sources.
According to sources, the date of the meeting will be finalized soon.
The source said Randhawa is waiting for the party’s top leadership to return from Karnataka to discuss the Rajasthan crisis.
The source also said that Randhawa has asked the senior leadership of Rajasthan and all general secretaries and secretaries to attend the Delhi meeting.
The decision to hold the meeting came after Pilot launched a scathing attack against Gehlot in Jaipur. Incidentally, Rahul Gandhi is also in Rajasthan.
Addressing a press conference in Jaipur, Pilot said, the day before yesterday in Dholpur, this thing has become clear from the Chief Minister’s speech.
Pilot questioned Gehlot’s statement in which he praised BJP leaders, but maligned the party’s own MPs and MLAs.
On Sunday, Gehlot had said that former chief minister Vasundhara Raje and two BJP leaders Kailash Meghwal and Shobrani Kushwaha had helped save his government.
On Gehlot’s statement, Pilot said, Gehlot should tell what is the meaning of his statement. On one hand they say that BJP was trying to topple their government, on the other hand they say that Vasundhara Raje was trying to save their government. What do they want to say?
He said that he would start his Jan Sangharsh Padyatra from Ajmer to Jaipur on May 11 to highlight the issue of corruption and listen to the problems of the people of the state.
