The ED initiated investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act against Pilatus Aircraft Limited, Bhandari, Offset India Solutions Private Limited (OISPL) and others on the basis of an FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for offenses punishable under various was registered.
