Hockey Hyderabad commemorated a century of Indian hockey by hosting a series of exhibition matches at the Railway Hockey Astro Turf Ground on Wednesday. The event, organized by Telangana Hockey, featured senior, junior, and girls’ teams displaying strong competitive energy. In the senior match, Telangana Police narrowly defeated Hyderabad XI with a score of 3–2 in an exciting game. The girls’ match saw TMRIES Borabanda triumph over St. Joseph High School, Ramanthapur, with a score of 1–0. In the junior boys’ match, Hyderabad Juniors emerged victorious against Hymavathi High School, Amberpet, winning 1–0. G. Nageshwar Rao, President of Hyderabad District Hockey, awarded the winners’ trophy to the Telangana Police team. General Secretary C.T.
