Hyderabad, May 12 (). A police constable killed his wife by slitting her throat following a quarrel over a family dispute.
At his residence in Gautami Nagar, Hyderabad, Constable K. On Friday, Rajkumar chased his 40-year-old wife Shobha and slit her throat with a knife. This shocking incident is from Vanasthalipuram police station area.
The couple’s 15-year-old elder son Swatik was injured while trying to stop his father. Police have registered a case on Swatik’s complaint. Police has started searching for the constable who absconded after the murder.
According to media reports, Constable Rajkumar had some differences with his wife. The couple had a fight two days back and the elders of the family were trying to sort out the matter.
On Friday, there was a heated argument between the couple over some issue, due to which the angry Rajkumar started beating her. When she started running down the stairs to save herself, he chased the wife and slit her throat with a knife.
