Riffa (Bahrain): India concluded an impressive day at the Asian Youth Games by winning gold medals in both boys’ and girls’ kabaddi events, elevating them to fifth place in the overall rankings on Thursday. This strong performance on the mat increased India’s total to two gold, three silver, and five bronze medals (2-3-5), marking their most successful day at the continental competition set to conclude on October 27. China remains at the top of the medal table with six gold, ten silver, and one bronze (6-10-1), followed by Thailand (6-2-2), Uzbekistan (6-1-2), and Iran (3-4-6), who lost both kabaddi finals to India.
