ITC Hotels Limited is poised to enhance its luxury hotel offerings with a new project in Patna. The company has finalized agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to operate a new luxury hotel featuring 140 rooms in the capital city of Patna. This hotel is part of Bihar’s tourism development initiatives and was secured through a competitive government bidding process with KIHPL as the chosen developer and ITC Hotels as the appointed operator. The hotel will be situated on a 1.5-acre site and aims to set a new standard for luxury accommodation and dining experiences in Bihar and the surrounding region.
ITC Hotels has established a strong presence across India, including major metropolitan areas and culturally significant cities such as New Delhi, Gurugram, Agra, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
