Coming back to power in Telangana is not a big task, he told the participants, including ministers, MPs and MLAs from the state. The priority is to win more seats than before.

KCR said that two leaders in every assembly constituency should also take responsibility from the government. He called for connecting with people through programs like Palle Nidra (night halts in villages).

He said that in assembly constituencies where BRS MLAs are not available, Zilla Parishad presidents, MPs and district in-charges should play the role of in-charges. This process should be completed in 3 to 4 months.

The BRS pulled him up over complaints against some MLAs. He warned them that if they did not reform, they would be expelled from the party.

He asked the party leaders to take steps to reduce the discontent among the cadre. He also wanted them to educate people about government schemes, interact with them and meet them regularly.

The BRS chief said the party would reach out to the masses through TV commercials and films. He said that if needed, the party would also run a TV channel.

Pointing out that government land was lying idle in some villages, he asked the party leaders to submit the details of such lands along with the survey numbers to his office. Suitable land will be distributed to the poor to build houses immediately.

KCR recalled the formation of TRS to realize the dreams of the people of Telangana and explained its evolution into a national party BRS to fulfill the aspirations of the people of the country.

He said, the achievement of Telangana state has proved to the country that anything can be achieved through the parliamentary method. Now we are moving ahead with the slogan of this time Kisan Sarkar to take the country forward on the path of progress.

Mentioning the loss caused to the farmers due to untimely rains, he said that the agriculture department should sensitize the farmers to complete the harvesting before unseasonal rains.

He announced that the government would procure all crops, including maize and jowar, as before.

KCR said the state government is implementing an action plan to sustain agriculture and for the welfare of farmers.

He listed the achievements made by Telangana during the last nine years. The CM claimed that there is a flood of investment in the state.

He said that Andhra Pradesh’s per capita income of Rs 2,19,518 is Rs 1,00,000 less than Telangana’s per capita income. The per capita income of 16 to 17 states is much less than this.

The state has registered amazing growth in every sector like electricity, road, paddy procurement, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries.

KCR said that Telangana also ranks first in per capita power consumption.

Targeting the Maharashtra government, he said that it does not have any vision.

He said, Maharashtra government says that if it implements the schemes of Telangana, it will become bankrupt. The state of Telangana successfully implemented the schemes without going bankrupt.

He claimed that people of Maharashtra are visiting Telangana to see the progress of the state.
