She joined the BJP just a month prior to the elections, motivated by a desire to contribute to Bihar’s development. Thakur has expressed her readiness to assume responsibility if she secures victory. She noted that her month-long campaign has been a valuable learning experience. Previously uninterested in politics, her enthusiasm grew after she began following Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose leadership has inspired her to engage in public service and cultural initiatives for Bihar.
