Srinagar, June 4 (). Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti was issued a passport after three years.
Mehbooba confirmed to reporters that she had received the passport from the passport officer.
In March, the Delhi High Court had given passport authorities three months to decide on Mehbooba’s passport.
Mehbooba was denied a passport after the Jammu and Kashmir Police cited an adverse report in March 2021.
