Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons chaat masala
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 2 teaspoons amchur (dried mango powder)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Method:
- Grind all ingredients together in a blender.
- Your PeriPeri Masala is ready!
Usage:
You can use this masala for French fries, pakoras, chaat, and noodles.
