PhysicsWallah to Launch IPO on November 11, Aiming for Major Growth

PhysicsWallah Limited (PW) is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on November 11, 2025, targeting to raise approximately ₹3,480 crore. The share price range is established at ₹103 to ₹109 per share, with public bidding scheduled from November 11 to 13. Originally starting as a YouTube channel, PW now provides both online and offline courses for various competitive exams and boasts millions of subscribers along with numerous learning centres throughout India. Despite its rapid growth, the company continues to operate at a loss and faces significant competition, relying heavily on specific exam categories and geographical regions.
