Patna, May 19 (). In Bihar, whether it is a discourse of a saint or a Mahatma or a feast of mutton-rice, politics should not be played on it, this cannot happen. This time the political rhetoric on JDU’s mutton rice feast has now reached the court.
Actually, this whole matter is of Munger, where JDU National President Lalan Singh had organized a mutton-rice feast for the workers. When the crowd increased in this event, the police had to lathi charge.
After the police lathicharged the banquet, the attention of the main opposition party BJP also reached on it. BJP state president Samrat Chowdhary alleged that apart from mutton-rice, liquor was also distributed in this party. He said to get it investigated.
Here, Leader of the Opposition in the Vidhansabha Vijay Kumar Sinha said about this feast that the people of Munger have complained that the number of stray dogs has decreased since the day this feast was organized.
The BJP had accused him of feasting for votes. On this JDU National President Rajeev Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh said that he does not respond to Chhutbhaye.
Lalan Singh said that Munger District JDU President has sent a notice to Samrat Chaudhary, he should reply to it. There is a process of law. Under the same, the District President has given notice. Also warned of legal action if not answered.
Meanwhile, JDU state secretary Santosh Sahni filed a complaint letter against Samrat Chaudhary in Munger court on Wednesday.
Allegations under section 504, 505 of the Indian Penal Code have been made before the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Munger that the unrestrained rhetoric by the BJP President is a part of petty politics. The next hearing of the matter will be on May 22.
Here, Samrat Chowdhary says that he is not afraid of such threats. He said that he will continue to perform the duty of the opposition.
However, the way politics is being done on this mutton rice, it is clear that this politics is not going to stop soon.
