They Call Him OG has generated approximately ₹184 crore in India over the course of 12 days. The film had a remarkable debut, earning around ₹64 crore on its opening day. During its first weekend, it brought in about ₹18.5 crore each day from days 2 to 4. The weekdays saw a typical decline, with earnings dropping to ₹6–7 crore daily from days 5 to 8. The second weekend showed a further decrease, with daily earnings ranging from ₹4–5 crore during days 9 to 11. On day 12, a Monday, the movie earned around ₹1.4 crore, which aligns with expected weekday declines. The occupancy rate on day 12 in Telugu regions was about 22 percent.

The film has performed particularly well in cities such as Vizag, Karimnagar, and Kakinada, while Nizamabad recorded the lowest attendance. Overall, the film had a strong opening week and is currently experiencing a slowdown, but it continues to perform admirably. If it maintains its pace through the upcoming weekend, it may reach a total of ₹200 crore.
