Urban Company IPO Sees Significant Demand with Allotment Expected Soon

Urban Company’s IPO commenced on 10 September 2025 and is set to conclude on 12 September. The shares are priced between ₹98 and ₹103, with the company seeking to raise ₹1,900 crore. By the third day, the IPO was heavily subscribed at 13.30 times. Retail investors contributed 22.18 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 30.76 times. In the grey market, shares are currently trading at a ₹40 premium, suggesting a potential 38% listing gain. Some analysts advise subscribing for long-term growth, while others caution against the high valuations and low margins. The IPO allotment is anticipated between 13 and 15 September, with a likely listing date on 17 September 2025.
