In the variety, talk, and reality categories, winners included: Outstanding Talk Series: The Late Show With Stephen Colbert; Outstanding Variety Sketch Series: Saturday Night Live; Variety Special (Live): SNL50: The Anniversary Special; Outstanding Reality Competition Program: The Traitors; Writing for a Variety Series: Last Week Tonight With John Oliver. A historic moment was marked by Owen Cooper, who at just 13 years old, won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for his poignant performance in Adolescence, becoming the youngest actor ever to win an Emmy, breaking the previous record held by Roxana Zal since 1984. His role as a troubled teenager resonated with audiences and critics alike, establishing him as a notable newcomer.
