Ahmedabad, May 25 (). The Gujarat unit of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday demanded formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to comprehensively probe the alleged acquisition of land worth Rs 10,000 crore by former chief minister Vijay Rupani.
AAP members Mahendrabhai Navadiya and Ketanbhai Patel submitted an application through the collector’s office in Surat.
AAP’s Gujarat spokesperson Karan Barot told that the Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat has asked the collectors of Ahmedabad, Surat, Junagadh and Rajkot to set up an SIT to thoroughly probe the acquisition of land worth Rs 10,000 crore by former chief minister Rupani. An application has been given.
