Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 180 grams all-purpose flour
- 28 grams almond flour
- 92 grams powdered sugar
- 96 grams softened butter
- 32 milliliters milk
- 52 grams cornflour
- Nutella for stuffing
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar: Whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the dry ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, milk, and cornflour to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.
- Chill the dough: Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll and cut: Roll out the dough between two parchment papers into a chapatti (a flatbread). Cut the dough into circles and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake the cookies at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly browned.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool completely.
- Fill and assemble: Using a piping bag, pipe Nutella onto one cookie. Cover with another cookie.
