  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ghee or herb oil
  • 2 large spoon ginger paste
  • 2 large spoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 large spoon tandoori masala powder
  • Chopped coriander for garnish

Method:

 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red pepper (if using), garam masala powder, and salt in a bowl.

  1. Add tandoori masala powder and mix well.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  3. To let the flavors develop, cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with tandoori dishes, naan, or rice.

Note: You can adjust the quantity of spices to your preference.

Suggestion:

* Use high-quality ingredients like fresh ginger and garlic for the best flavors.

* Adjust the lemon juice quantity to achieve your desired level of acidity and sharpness.
