- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Stir-Fry Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
Method for Crispy Shredded Chicken:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine the light soy sauce, garlic paste, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
