According to trade analyst Sacnilk, Mirai had a strong opening, collecting ₹13 crore on its first day. The film continued its successful run over the weekend with ₹15 crore on Saturday and ₹16 crore on Sunday. However, the overall collections on Monday were limited to ₹6 crore, bringing its domestic total to approximately ₹50.6 crore worldwide. The Monday occupancy for the Hindi version saw a notable decline, recording only 11.14%. Morning shows started at 5.64% and did not improve in the afternoon, remaining at 10.92%. The evening saw a slight increase to 12.65%, and earnings reached 15.36%. In contrast, the Telugu version of Mirai performed better throughout the day, achieving an overall occupancy of 35.72% on Monday.
Morning shows began at 21.81%, rising to 34.47% in the afternoon, and continued to improve, reaching 38.71% in the evening and concluding the night shows at 47.89%. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, Mirai stars Teja Sajja as the Super Yodha, who is tasked with protecting nine sacred scriptures from a powerful dark force. Manchu Manoj plays the main antagonist, and the film incorporates elements of time travel.
