CM Yogi Highlights India's Global Inspiration Under PM Modi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched Seva Pakhwada 2025 from Lucknow on Wednesday, celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday. He conveyed greetings on behalf of Uttar Pradesh’s population of 25 crore and commended the Prime Minister’s leadership and vision. The Seva Pakhwada will occur from September 17 to October 2, featuring a range of creative and socially unifying activities. CM Yogi expressed that it is a privilege to initiate this special program on Prime Minister Modi’s birthday. He described Modi as not only India’s most visionary leader but also a global statesman, noting that India, once seen as lagging, now inspires confidence worldwide.

Yogi highlighted the significant achievements made over the past 11 years under Modi’s leadership, stating that India has experienced remarkable success in various sectors, including the economy, heritage, infrastructure, investment, recruitment, education, health, agriculture, and water resources. He pointed out that the government’s focus on villages, the poor, farmers, youth, women, Dalits, and the underprivileged has positively impacted lives at all levels, lifting 25 crore people out of poverty in the last decade. Regarding heritage, CM Yogi mentioned that promises have been turned into realities, citing the completion of the Ram Lalla temple in Ayodhya after 500 years and the redevelopment of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, which has garnered global attention.

He also noted the rejuvenation of Kedarnath and Badrinath shrines, along with the Mahakal corridor and beautification of other religious sites, as evidence of a revitalized India. Furthermore, he acknowledged significant initiatives honoring notable figures like Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Saint Ravidas, and Maharishi Valmiki, marking important milestones in social justice and empowerment. On the topic of COVID-19 pandemic management, the Chief Minister emphasized that India emerged as a model during global uncertainty, with its scientists developing a vaccine within nine months under PM Modi’s leadership, providing it free to citizens, and supplying vaccines to numerous countries, showcasing India as a trustworthy partner in crisis.

The first phase of Seva Pakhwada has commenced with the campaign “Healthy Women, Empowered Family,” focusing on women’s health check-ups, nutrition programs, and awareness initiatives. Launched in Lucknow, the campaign is expanding statewide. Concurrently, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha is organizing blood donation drives in every district. Upcoming health camps and screenings will be held at various health facilities to provide free services to those in need while promoting health awareness. CM Yogi stressed the interconnected goals of achieving a Viksit India and Viksit Uttar Pradesh, stating that Modi’s Vision 2047 is the guiding framework for these objectives. Enlightened people’s conferences will take place across the state on September 19 and 20, involving ministers, MPs, MLAs, and other public representatives.

A “NaMo Marathon” is scheduled for September 21 in 17 major cities, engaging thousands of youth to support the Fit India Movement and contribute to the Viksit Bharat Abhiyan. CM Yogi also announced celebrations on September 25 for the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, the architect of Antyodaya, with events continuing until October 2, which marks the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. Activities will promote Khadi and the Prime Minister’s “Vocal for Local” initiative through exhibitions and programs related to MSME and One District One Product (ODOP). The Chief Minister underscored the collaborative efforts of all institutions linked to Seva Pakhwada to unify society and ensure the program’s success.

Exhibitions showcasing the life of Prime Minister Modi are being held in every district, illustrating his struggles, inspiring journey, and leadership, aiming to inspire all sections of society, especially students. In closing, CM Yogi prayed for continued blessings from Lord Ram for the nation under PM Modi’s guidance. He was accompanied by Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, along with various ministers, public representatives, and officials. CM Yogi also inaugurated an exhibition on PM Modi’s life journey, which is open to the public for 15 days, allowing citizens and students to draw inspiration from the Prime Minister’s remarkable achievements.
