Ahmedabad: Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) and the largest private airport operator in India, has entered into a strategic partnership with AIONOS, a company under InterGlobe Enterprises and a global leader in enterprise AI. This collaboration, announced on Thursday, aims to enhance the passenger support experience at all Adani airports. AIONOS will implement its proprietary Agentic AI platform, IntelliMate, to facilitate personalized, real-time interactions with travelers via voice, chat, web, and mobile. The initiative is set to introduce a multi-lingual, omni-channel AI solution that will significantly improve passenger support.
The AI system will function as a 24×7 virtual concierge, providing assistance with flight updates, gate information, baggage tracking, airport navigation, and service details, all in various languages including English, Hindi, and regional dialects.
