New Delhi. In a move that will directly impact household budgets, Amul milk prices are set to rise from May 1, 2025, following a similar hike by Mother Dairy. Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), which markets milk under the Amul brand, has announced a price increase of ₹2 per litre across several variants.
Amul Milk Prices Hiked Again: Consumers to Pay More from May 1
The company has adjusted prices for both 500ml and 1-litre packs. As per the new rates, 500ml packs have seen a ₹1 hike, while the 1-litre packs are costlier by ₹2. This change affects a wide range of Amul milk types including standard, buffalo, gold, slim and trim, tea-special, fresh, and cow milk.

500ml: ₹30 → ₹31
1 Litre: ₹60 → ₹62
🔹 Buffalo Milk
500ml: ₹36 → ₹37
1 Litre: ₹72 → ₹74

500ml: ₹33 → ₹34
1 Litre: ₹65 → ₹67
🔹 Slim and Trim Milk
500ml: ₹24 → ₹25

The price rise also extends to Amul’s bulk vended and pouch milk categories:
Toned Milk (Bulk Vended): ₹54 → ₹56 per litre
Full Cream Milk (Pouch): ₹68 → ₹69 per litre
Toned Milk (Pouch): ₹56 → ₹57 per litre
Double Toned Milk: ₹49 → ₹51 per litre
