Anant National University hosted its 7th convocation, where 299 students received degrees in various disciplines including Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Architecture, and Master of Design. The ceremony featured Dr. Sridhar Vembu, co-founder of Zoho Corporation, as the chief guest. Attendees included Ajay Piramal, President of the university, and Dr. Sanjeev Vidyarthi, Provost.

11 December 2025 | During his address, Dr. Vembu praised the creativity of Anant’s students, stating, “The innovation I witnessed here is exactly what our nation needs. We must think beyond our lifetimes and create for the future.” He emphasized that good design elevates the human spirit and encouraged graduates to focus on solving problems through creativity.

Ajay Piramal underscored the importance of design in transforming industries and communities. He stated, “At Anant, we are not just teaching design; we are equipping young people to apply it to real-world challenges.” Dr. Vidyarthi added that graduates are entering a pivotal moment for India, where they will play a crucial role in building a sustainable and inclusive nation.

The convocation also recognized outstanding students across various categories such as Academic Excellence and Best Graduation Project. The university transformed its campus into an exhibition space showcasing student projects, celebrating their dedication and innovative spirit.
