Anondita Medicare IPO Sees Massive Subscription Rate of 115 Times

Anondita Medicare’s SME IPO, which was open from August 22 to August 26, received an overall subscription rate of 115 times, with retail investors subscribing at 137 times and non-institutional investors at 208 times. The company aims to raise ₹69.50 crore with a price range of ₹137 to ₹145 per share. The grey market premium stands at ₹70, indicating a potential listing premium of 48%. Allotment is anticipated on August 28, and shares are expected to be listed on NSE SME by September 1. Anondita, recognized for its COBRA-brand condoms, reported a profit of ₹16.42 crore in FY25, a significant increase from ₹0.35 crore in FY23.
