Atta Mawa Cake

- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup curds
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp elaichi powder
- 1/2 tsp rose essence
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Dry fruits and rose
- petals for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk well oil, curds and sugar. To it add elaichi powder and rose essence. Mix well. Then add milk and mix well.
- Sieve dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Cut and fold lightly.
- Pour in a prepared tin and tap well. Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 mins.
