They exchanged vows on September 30, 2025, on the set of the reality show Pati, Patni Aur Panga, in a ceremony that beautifully merged on-screen moments with real life. The wedding was truly cinematic. Avika wore a red lehenga featuring golden embroidery, complemented by elegant green and diamond jewellery, including a choker, layered necklaces, maang teeka, nath, and matching earrings. Milind matched her look with a peach-toned bandhgala kurta and a coordinating safa.

The wedding is currently trending on social media, with clips of Hina mentioning that both she and Isha Malviya received 1 lakh 11 thousand during the joota churaai (shoe stealing) tradition.
