Patna experienced hazy and somewhat humid conditions on Wednesday, with the Meteorological office predicting a gradual increase in minimum temperatures across many districts in the upcoming two days. The Bihar Mausam Seva Kendra indicated that night temperatures could rise by 1–3°C over the next 48 hours, after which no significant changes are expected. Maximum temperatures are projected to remain steady for the next three to four days. The Patna meteorological Centre reported that maximum temperatures in the state varied from 25.4°C to 30.8°C in the last 24 hours, while minimum temperatures ranged from 10.7°C to 19.6°C. The slight warming trend is attributed to the decrease in westerly winds.

Foggy conditions are anticipated on Wednesday morning and evening, with the early hours experiencing low visibility and dew formation. Sunshine later in the day is expected to provide some relief before temperatures drop again after sunset. Dry weather is likely to prevail across most of Bihar, with light westerly winds reaching speeds of up to 25 km/h. Daytime temperatures are forecasted to be between 26–32°C, while nighttime temperatures are expected to range from 12–18°C. Purnia recorded the highest maximum temperature in the state at 31.4°C, whereas Adhaura in Kaimur saw the coldest night with a minimum of 8.2°C. Meteorologists predict that the current trend of foggy mornings followed by clearer afternoons will persist throughout the week.
