Mumbai, April 19 (). Shiv Sena (UBT) MP and chief spokesperson Sanjay Raut on Wednesday claimed that the ruling BJP at the Center will fall to 100-110 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Raut told media persons, there is a wave against BJP in the country. In the next Lok Sabha elections, BJP will lose 100-110 seats. This means there will be 100 per cent change of power at the Centre.
He said that along with the BJP, all central investigative agencies like ED and CBI, which are being misused to pressurize various opposition parties like Congress, Nationalist Congress Party or Shiv Sena (UBT), will also go out.
Raut said that in Maharashtra, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) will fight the 2024 assembly elections unitedly to win 180-185 (out of 288) seats and the MVA alliance will win 40 out of 48 Lok Sabha seats.
Asked who would be the prime ministerial face of the opposition, he said it could be anyone, but the country will see a change of power at the Center in 2024, there is no doubt about it.
Referring to some surveys indicating a huge reverse for the BJP in the state, Raut said, “We do not need to depend on the surveys as the ground reality is clearly pointing to a change of government.”
On the death of 13 people after the Maharashtra Bhushan Award 2022 event in Navi Mumbai on April 16, Raut said it was directly the responsibility of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and he should resign.
Let Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis demand his resignation, said the Shiv Sena (UBT) leader. He is the Home Minister.
