Mumbai: Starting next year, three new Bollywood blockbusters will be produced in the UK, as announced by British PM Keir Starmer in Mumbai on Wednesday. Yash Raj Films has confirmed its plans to film major productions in various locations across the United Kingdom beginning in early 2026, which is expected to generate over 3,000 jobs and significantly boost the economy. The Prime Minister made this announcement during a visit to Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai, accompanied by a delegation from some of Britain’s leading film institutions, including the British Film Institute, the British Film Commission, Pinewood Studios, Elstree Studios, and Civic Studios.
