  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a deep bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a deep dish, mix all the ingredients for the breading together.
  3. Bread the Chicken: Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Generously dredge each tender in the breading mixture.
  4. Fry the Chicken: In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350°F (about 3 inches deep). Fry the chicken tenders for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until all sides are crispy and golden.
  5. Serve: Enjoy the chicken tenders with your desired dipping sauce
