Bhopal, May 8 (). In Madhya Pradesh, the second phase of Mukhyamantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan is starting from May 10 with the objective of providing better and timely benefits of the services provided by the government departments to the common people and solving their problems. In this fortnight-long campaign, the government staff will reach out to the affected people.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the second phase of Mukhyamantri Jan-Seva Abhiyan will be launched in the state from May 10 to 25 for the services provided to the common citizens by the government departments and 100 percent redressal of their problems. There will be mainly two major components of the campaign. In the first component, applications pending in the offices of all such departments, which are related to civil services, will be disposed of as far as possible. Along with this, pending complaints will be resolved in the CM Helpline.
According to the Chief Minister, in the second component, 100 percent redressal of the complaints registered till April 15, 2023 and currently pending in the CM Helpline will be done. The information of redressal will also be compulsorily given to the concerned complainant.
The Chief Minister said that in the first phase of the campaign, more than 83 lakh eligible beneficiaries have been benefited by achieving 100 percent saturation in the schemes of the Central and State Governments.
