Joint Forum Convenor Bhaskar Ghosh said, Chief Minister’s allegation is baseless. Will she be able to prove her allegations? If she can, we will honor her on behalf of state government employees. If she can’t, she will have to face the consequences.

A woman protester said that if she had got the job illegally, she would have sat on the Trinamool Congress dais instead of joining the agitators demanding their legitimate dues.

The protesters said, everyone is aware of the kind of irregularities in the recruitments done during the present regime. The chief minister often takes pride in receiving national and international accolades for state government projects. She is forgetting that these rewards do not come until the employees put in their best efforts. Now the state government is not only depriving those employees of their legitimate dues but is also calling them thieves.
