In Patnagarh, Bolangir police have taken contractor Ankur Agarwal into custody in Titilagarh regarding the murder of prominent hotelier Shivdayal Jain, which occurred on September 28. A police team, headed by SP Abilash G, made the arrest. Following a medical examination at the Titilagarh sub-divisional hospital, Ankur was presented before the Titilagarh Senior Civil Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge.
