Shimla: The president of the Himachal Pradesh dental association has announced plans to broaden its presence in the state by recruiting additional professional members and emphasizing their training and education, according to a statement released. The statement cited Aman Sachdeva, who was recently elected as the association’s president during the 23rd State Indian Dental Association (IDA) Conference held in Dharamshala. “Our goal is to unite all dentists in Himachal Pradesh under the Indian Dental Association through outreach initiatives, enhancing membership and consolidating dental professionals statewide. The association intends to extend its reach by visiting various districts throughout the state,” Sachdeva stated. He also serves as a member of the Dental Council of India, representing Himachal Pradesh at the national level.
