Hyundai Motor India Introduces New Variants of CRETA Electric

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced an expansion of its CRETA Electric lineup, introducing three new variants: the Hyundai CRETA Electric Excellence, Hyundai CRETA Electric Executive Tech (a feature-rich tech trim) with a 42 kWh battery pack, and the Hyundai CRETA Electric Executive (O) with a 51.4 kWh battery pack. This expansion emphasizes HMIL’s commitment to making advanced electric vehicles accessible to a broader customer base. Understanding that driving range is crucial for electric vehicle users, the new 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh variants will provide ranges of 420 km and 510 km, respectively, allowing customers to travel with greater assurance and alleviating concerns about range. As the festive season approaches, these new offerings enable families to embark on journeys that are both meaningful and sustainable.

All variants of the Hyundai CRETA Electric will feature Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity through a Wired to Wireless adapter, alongside advanced technology features such as a Dashcam and Rear Wireless Charger in the higher trims of both battery packs. The Hyundai CRETA Electric Excellence (42 kWh) is designed for customers who seek a blend of comfort and advanced technology, offering a more intelligent and convenient driving experience. This variant includes features such as Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS with 20 features, a Surround View Monitor (SVM), Blind-spot View Monitor (BVM), front parking sensors, an Electro Chromic Mirror (ECM) with telematics switches, a rear wireless charger, an electric 8-way driver seat with memory function, and eco-friendly leather seats.

The front row also features ventilated seats, a foldable seatback table with an IT device holder, and rain-sensing wipers. The Hyundai CRETA Electric Executive Tech (42 kWh) aims to provide high-tech comfort features, enhancing every journey. By offering cutting-edge technology at a competitive price, HMIL is making electric mobility an appealing option for a wider audience. This variant includes a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof, eco-friendly leather seats, front row ventilated seats, and a rear window sunshade. The Hyundai CRETA Electric Executive (O) (51.4 kWh) showcases HMIL’s dedication to making electric vehicles more appealing by incorporating premium features with extensive driving range. This variant is equipped with a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof, enhancing comfort and convenience.
