Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) and the United Union of Hyundai Employees (UUHE) have successfully concluded and signed a wage settlement agreement that will be effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027. This long-term wage settlement establishes a new standard in the automotive sector. The revised comprehensive compensation package includes a significant salary increase of INR 31,000 per month, distributed over three years at a ratio of 55%, 25%, and 20%. Alongside this salary increase, HMIL continues to excel in employee welfare, offering top-tier health coverage and advanced wellness initiatives.
