Inauguration of the country's largest court building in Ranchi on 24th, President will come to Jharkhand on a three day tour

Ranchi, May 16 (). President Draupadi Murmu will be on a tour of Jharkhand from May 24 to 26. During this, apart from inaugurating the new building complex of Jharkhand High Court in Ranchi, she will attend the convocation of Triple IT, Ranchi as the chief guest. He also has a program to address the conference of women self-help groups in Khunti, offer prayers at Baba Dham temple in Deoghar and meet dignitaries at Raj Bhavan in Ranchi.

On May 24, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, many justices of Supreme Court and High Court will be present. It is notable that the new High Court of Jharkhand, built at a cost of about 600 crores, is the largest High Court campus in the country. Its area is three and a half times more than the Supreme Court campus. For this, 165 acres of land has been made available by the Jharkhand government. Out of this, infrastructure has been prepared for lawyers including High Court building on 72 acres of land. On the remaining land, residences are to be constructed for judges and registry personnel.

After getting the information about the President’s program, all the necessary preparations are being made by the government and the administration. The President will first reach Deoghar from Delhi on May 24. After offering prayers here, she will come to Ranchi on the same day. There is a program of inauguration of Jharkhand High Court building at 5 pm on the same day. The next day on May 25, the President will address the Women’s Conference to be held in Khunti. On the same day, she will also attend the convocation ceremony of the Indian Institute of Information Technology (Triple IT).

Union Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda has met Governor CP Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan regarding the preparations for the President’s programs. During this, she discussed with the Governor about the Women’s Conference to be organized in Khunti during the President’s visit to Jharkhand. In this program, the President will interact with women associated with women self-help groups of Jharkhand Livelihood Mission. Draupadi Murmu will go to Khunti for the second time after becoming the President. Earlier, on November 15 last year, she had gone to Ulihatu in Khunti on the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda.
