In the first week of October, the armed forces will assess the capabilities of various drones and counter-drone systems during an exercise organized by the Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff (HQ IDS), as stated by a senior official on Tuesday. This exercise will involve all three branches of the military and is scheduled to occur five months after India initiated Operation Sindoor in response to the Pahalgam terror attack. The event will take place in Madhya Pradesh from October 6-10, according to sources.
