Kadai Paneer Masala Recipe
Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup fennel seeds
- 1/4 cup cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup black peppercorns
- 4 dried Kashmiri red chilies
- 2 black cardamom pods
- 6 green cardamom pods
- 10 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
Method:
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add the spices and roast them until they turn slightly golden brown and fragrant.
- Cool the spices and grind them into a coarse powder.
- Store the masala in an airtight jar for up to 1 month. This masala is a versatile spice blend that can be used in various Indian dishes, especially those involving paneer.
