  1. Heat oil and add spices: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and let it sizzle. Then add green chili and onion and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add spices: After the onion is golden brown, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add tomatoes and Kakora: Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Then put the kakora and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook: Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. Add garam masala and green coriander: Add garam masala and green coriander. Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are ripe and the masala is well coated.
  6. Serve: Turn off the gas and serve the kakora vegetable hot with chapati or paratha.
