Ushaswini Films is preparing to present an engaging investigative thriller titled ‘Karmanye Vadhikaraste,’ which is scheduled for theatrical release on October 31. The film, directed by Amar Deep Challapalli and produced by DSS Durga Prasad, features Brahmaji, Shatru, and Master Mahendran in prominent roles, alongside Banerjee, Prithvi, Shivaji Raja, Ajay Ratnam, and Sri Sudha. The narrative is inspired by real-life incidents involving student murders, kidnappings, and disappearances, offering a captivating storyline filled with suspense and emotional resonance. The recently launched trailer has gained traction on social media for its intense atmosphere and captivating plot.
The title ‘Karmanye Vadhikaraste’ is derived from the Bhagavad Gita, meaning ‘You have the right to perform your duty, but not to the fruits of your actions.’ True to this theme, the film delivers a thought-provoking narrative supported by strong performances and realistic execution. It has obtained a U/A certificate and completed all post-production processes. The technical team includes Gyani as the music composer, Marthand K. Venkatesh in charge of editing, Bhaskar Samal managing cinematography, and Ram Sunkara and Dragon Anji designing high-octane action sequences.
