Lenskart Shares Debut Below IPO Price Despite High Demand

Lenskart shares made a subdued entrance on Monday, November 10, 2025, listing at Rs 390 on the BSE and Rs 395 on the NSE, both below the issue price of Rs 402. The IPO garnered significant interest, being oversubscribed 28 times overall, with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) leading the charge at nearly 45 times. Both Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and retail investors also exhibited considerable interest. The listing commenced at 10 AM, yet trading on the first day was cautious, which experts note is typical for large IPOs. Despite the lackluster debut, investor confidence in Lenskart’s business remains strong, and the stock’s performance over the following weeks will be closely monitored.
