In India, the film garnered ₹36.40 crore net over the first three days, with daily collections of ₹13.65 crore on Day 1, ₹12.10 crore on Day 2, and ₹10.65 crore on Day 3. The worldwide gross includes ₹42.75 crore from India and ₹20.25 crore from overseas, bringing the total to ₹63 crore in just three days. Regionally, Tamil Nadu contributed the most with ₹33.75 crore, followed by Karnataka at ₹3.75 crore, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at ₹3.10 crore, Kerala at ₹1.40 crore, and the rest of India at ₹0.75 crore.
The occupancy report for Day 3 showed Tamil Nadu at an overall rate of 56.03%, with Chennai and Trichy exceeding 70%. The Telugu states had an overall occupancy of 19.54%, with Vizag and Warangal performing better. With ₹63 crore in just three days, Madharasi has established itself as a significant box office success, largely due to its strong performance in Tamil Nadu.
