The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released its manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections on Friday, outlining various welfare and development initiatives contingent on winning the election. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary announced that members of the Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) will be granted Rs 10 lakh in financial assistance. The manifesto also proposes the establishment of a commission led by a Supreme Court judge, the construction of seven new expressways, and the transformation of Mega Skill Centres in each district into Global Skilling Centres. Further, it guarantees free quality education from kindergarten through postgraduate level and aims to create over one crore government jobs.

Additional infrastructure promises include the introduction of metro train services in five cities, the establishment of ten new industrial parks, and a Rs 50 lakh crore investment initiative over the next five years. In the campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), referring to alleged disorder during its previous governance and contrasting it with the current development in Bihar. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also attacked the opposition, accusing them of corruption and nepotism, claiming that important political roles are viewed as family inheritances.
