He was in eighth position after the fourth throw and fouled on his fifth attempt, leading to his exit from the competition. Only the top six athletes advance to the sixth and final round. Pakistan’s Olympic champion Arshad Nadeem also exited in the fourth round. Another Indian competitor, Sachin Yadav, remains in contention, currently in fourth place with a best throw of 86.27m.
